Zmieniam patcha obowiązującego na serwerze na 2.4.3, oraz wiele wiele nowych zmian...

o start combat on supporting somebody else who is in combat
o don't start combat on right click target
o use 5 sec combat rule only in PvP

* Switch support to 2.4.3 client version
* Improved instance system:
o Added storage for the difficulty setting to groups/players and code to select new maps based on that
o Added support for global instance resets
o Added code to notify the players of the time remaining until reset in raid instances
o Added code to schedule normal instances to reset after all mobs respawn by themselves
o Added complex instance reset rules and notification for group invite/disband, the reset all instances option and changing difficulty

* Fixed Mana Shield getting 50% bonus from +spell damage
